Beautiful landscapes, passage tombs, sacred hills, monastic ruins, heritage towns, castles and thousands years of history.
A place most well-known for Newgrange, but here is a lot to be seen in the area that can be traced back to Ireland’s ancient past. The Newgrange tomb is 400 years older than the oldest Pyramids and even a 100 years older than Stonehenge. The Battle of the Boyne site at Oldbridge, Newgrange, the Hill of Slane, Monasterboice, Old Mellifont Abbey, Dunmoe Castle, Bective Abbey, Tara, Trim and the Cairns at Loughcrew they all equily worth visit and be photographed.

Alongside the city’s historic buildings – its cathedrals and churches, squares and townhouses, castles, monuments and pubs – you’ll discover, stunning new street architecture.
The Grand Canal and The Royal Canal are two great locations on either side of the Liffey, both with lovely walks and prime photography opportunities.
Samuel Beckett Bridge - this bridge shaped like a harp is designed by the Spanish architect, Santiago Calatrava and is probably the most photographed bridge in Dublin. To get accross The Ha'penny Bridge sometimes is quite difficult as so many people stopping to take photos.
Howth seaside village is so idyllic, if you're feeling adventurous you can go for a cliff walk or just chill down on the pier and watch fishermen boats coming back.
Don't forget to stop at Skerries for a beutifull sunset and a portion of ice cream!

A wild pleasure garden of coastline, woodland and a daunting mountain range through which runs the country's most popular walking trail. From Mountains to Sea, Wicklow’s landscape is unique: cliffs, sandy beaches, rolling mountains, hidden lakes and bogs. Wicklow Mountains is a must see, if you are driving through Wicklow... The views are so amazing, breathtaking, and so relaxing with plenty of history.
